Included with every purchase is our famous Forever Guarantee. It protects against defects in workmanship or materials on our merchandise forever! That means if you decide to pass on your jewelry, we'll still cover it. Lost, damaged, or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our Forever Guarantee.
Returns and exchanges for online purchases are accepted if jewelry is returned in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of receiving the item. Free return shipping is not included with any orders, but may be purchased at checkout. Online orders may not be returned in-store.
With exception of Kamaʻaina and Military discounts, no returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted and clearance jewelry, gift cards, special orders, and alterations (including engravings).
If you live in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. EU Withdrawal and Return terms and conditions can be found by visiting this link.
General:
Shipping is free for US orders that are $100 or more. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS 2-Day where available. Seasonality and other factors may affect shipping times and may take up to 10 days to ship. If you have concerns about shipping time, please call or text us at (808) 946-2929.
Orders less than $100 ship via USPS and where UPS is unavailable. Signature requirement is highly recommended for all purchases. If you decide to waive the signature requirement, the customer is responsible for any lost packages or delivery theft.

International Shipping is typically shipped via DHL. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location in most cases. All Customs and import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, all customs, duties, or taxes that pertain to the shipping destination will be calculated and added to orders at checkout.
For customer located within the EU, orders must be above $150 USD.
Item Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship Hawaiian black coral and mother of pearl jewelry internationally. Customers with these items in their cart will not be able to complete checkout.
