Maui Divers Jewelry guarantees your purchase against manufacturing defects and materials. If the defect is due to workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace our jewelry unconditionally and without charge. Lost, stolen, or damaged pieces due to wear and tear do not qualify for jewelry replacement under our Forever Guarantee. Additionally, the warranty is void if unauthorized jewelers alter, repair, or resize any pieces purchased at Maui Divers Jewelry.
To verify you have an authentic Maui Divers Jewelry piece, you will find this trademark. It is typically located on the back or inside of a piece.

With limited exceptions, the Forever Guarantee does not cover the cost of postage, insurance, and delivery to the facilities.
If you are mailing jewelry to us from outside the United States, please be aware that we cannot receive or send Hawaiian black coral or mother of pearl jewelry due to government regulations. These items can only be mailed for cleaning, polishing, or repair within the U.S. and must be returned there. Alternatively, you may bring them to our stores in Hawai‘i. Before mailing any items, please contact us or our repair agents for assistance
