Holiday Shipping:
- USA
- Order by Wednesday, December 18 for Christmas delivery. Orders placed by Friday, December 20th may qualify for Christmas delivery, but it is not guaranteed. Please order by 10 AM Hawaiʻi Standard Time at the latest. Weather and other carrier issues may cause delays from time to time, call or text us at (808) 946-2929 if you have any questions or concerns.
- International
- Order by Friday, December 13th for Christmas delivery. Note that customs, weather, and other carrier issues may prolong the estimated delivery dates.
Shipping:
Orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days and shipped via UPS 2-Day. Orders less than $100 ship via USPS and where UPS is unavailable. Signature requirement is highly recommended for all purchases. If you decided to waive the signature requirement, the customer is responsible for any lost packages or delivery theft.
- All Customs and import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs, duties, or taxes that pertain to the shipping destination will be calculated and added to orders at checkout.
- Return shipping is not included for any orders.

Item Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship Hawaiian black coral and mother of pearl jewelry internationally. Customers with these items in their cart will not be able to complete checkout.
- For customer located within the EU, orders must be above $150 USD.

Curbside Pick-up
Pick up is available at our Design Center in Honolulu from Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM. Orders are typically ready with 24-48 hours. Once the order it ready, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. After 7 days items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
Returns:
Online orders may not be returned in-store. With exception of Kamaʻaina and Military discounts, no returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted and clearance jewelry, gift cards, special orders, and alterations. Returns and exchanges for online purchases are accepted if jewelry is returned in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of receiving the item.
Warranty:
Included with every purchase is our famous Forever Guarantee. It protects against defects in workmanship or materials on our merchandise forever! That means if you decide to pass on your jewelry, we'll still cover it. Lost, damaged, or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our Forever Guarantee.
