How does Maui Divers Jewelry ship orders within the US?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via UPS 2-Day. Orders under $100 ship via USPS, and USPS is also used where UPS service is unavailable.
A signature requirement is highly recommended for all purchases. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, the customer assumes responsibility for any lost packages or delivery theft.
Does Maui Divers Jewelry offer international shipping?
Yes — international orders ship via DHL. Please note the following before placing an international order:
- Customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees for your shipping destination will be calculated and added at checkout.
- Return shipping is not included for any orders.
- Item restrictions: Hawaiian black coral and mother of pearl jewelry cannot be shipped internationally at this time. Customers with these items in their cart will not be able to complete checkout.
- EU customers: Orders must be above $150 USD.

Is curbside pickup available?
Yes — curbside pickup is available at our Design Center in Honolulu. Here's how it works:
- Place your order and select curbside pickup at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received.
- When your order is ready, you'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email with instructions. Depending on when your order is placed and pickup location hours, your order may not be ready until the following business day.
- Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and your original payment method will be refunded.
What is Maui Divers Jewelry's return policy?
Returns and exchanges for online purchases are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the jewelry is in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Online orders may not be returned in-store.
The following are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Discounted and clearance jewelry
- Gift cards
- Special orders
- Alterations, including engravings
Exception: Kamaʻaina and Military discount purchases are eligible for returns and exchanges.
