Return & exchange policy
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Special orders
- Discounted and clearance jewelry
- Altered jewelry, including engravings
- Gift cards
Gift cards purchased online are only valid for online redemption. Gift-with-purchase transactions are eligible for exchanges of equal or greater value only.
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
Repair timeframes
Repairs are generally completed within 3–4 weeks depending on the nature of the repair. Items requiring recasting or alterations may take longer.
- US repairs
- 3–4 weeks
- International repairs
- 5–6 weeks (including shipping time)
Refund policy
Once a transaction has been processed, the customer has agreed to pay the price of the order. Prices on MauiDivers.com are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price listed for the item on the day of purchase.
Online orders cannot be returned or refunded in-store.
